Ingredients

  • regular mustard
  • water
  • flour
  • oil
  • bass, crappie or bluegill

Instructions

  1. Mix enough water with mustard to make a thin gravy.
  2. Dip fish in mustard mixture, then coat well with flour.
  3. Cook in hot oil until golden brown.
