Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 4 lb. pork back ribs

Instructions

  1. Combine all seasonings in a bowl.
  2. Rub the seasoning mixture onto all surfaces of the pork ribs.
  3. Place the ribs on a covered grill over indirect heat.
  4. Grill for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  5. Cut the ribs into serving-sized pieces.
