Ingredients

  • 3 lb. butter
  • 5 oz. red wine vinegar
  • 32 oz. hot sauce
  • capful garlic powder
  • 5 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, red wine vinegar, hot sauce, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning together to make the sauce.
  2. Fry chicken wings until crispy and cooked through.
  3. Toss the fried wings in the sauce until well coated.
