Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • all-purpose flour (enough to fill a 1 cup measure after adding cornstarch)

Instructions

  1. Put cornstarch in a measuring cup, then fill the remainder of the cup with all-purpose flour to make 1 cup.
  2. Sift the mixture together three times to ensure it is well combined and aerated.
  3. Use 1 cup of this mixture as an equal substitute for 1 cup of cake flour in recipes.
