- Grease 9-inch pie plate with 1 tablespoon oleo.
- Set aside. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl; beat eggs and vanilla until foamy.
- Stir in sugar.
- Add flour mixture, stir until well combined (dough will be stiff).
- Stir in apples/pears, pecans and raisins.
- Spread evenly in greased pie plate.
- Bake at 325° for approximately 30 minutes.
- Serve with whipped topping.
