Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. softened oleo
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. chopped apples or pears
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins

Instructions

  1. Grease 9-inch pie plate with 1 tablespoon oleo.
  2. Set aside. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl; beat eggs and vanilla until foamy.
  3. Stir in sugar.
  4. Add flour mixture, stir until well combined (dough will be stiff).
  5. Stir in apples/pears, pecans and raisins.
  6. Spread evenly in greased pie plate.
  7. Bake at 325° for approximately 30 minutes.
  8. Serve with whipped topping.
