Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lime or lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 (16 oz) cans unpeeled apricot halves, drained
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • 2/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together lime or lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon.
  2. In a large bowl, layer apricots, strawberries, grapes, and blueberries.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
