Ingredients

  • 2 c. white sugar
  • butter (size of walnut)
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. white syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • large marshmallows, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Boil white sugar, butter, heavy cream and white syrup until soft ball stage.
  2. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter.
  3. Beat.
  4. Pour over large marshmallows (cut in half and placed in pan).
  5. Cool, cut and enjoy.
