Instructions
- Coarsely grind cucumbers, carrots and onions; stir in salt. Let stand 3 hours; drain well.
- Combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
- Add drained vegetables and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered.
- Put in pint jars and seal.
- This is real good in potato salad or tuna salad as well as just eating as a relish or with hot dogs.
