Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 generous tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Blend flour, salt, and sugar and put in a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a 2-cup measuring cup, measure oil.
  3. Blend in milk; stir until milky.
  4. Pour the mixture into the flour mixture in the pie pan.
  5. Start patting in the center, working dough out to the edge.
  6. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
  7. May be filled with fruit before baking or used for other fillings.
