Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
  2. Add the mixture to milk and water.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until a soft ball forms in the water.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and pecans.
  5. Spread the mixture onto wax paper to cool.
  6. Break into pieces when cold; store in the freezer if desired.
