Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
  • few drops of coloring
  • 1/2 teaspoon flavoring (mint, wintergreen, lemon, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Mash the cream cheese and add flavoring and coloring. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and knead with hands until the mixture resembles dough.
  3. Pinch off small amounts of the mixture.
  4. Dip each piece in granulated sugar.
  5. Press the sugared side into a mold.
  6. Unmold immediately onto waxed paper. Cover remaining mixture with Saran Wrap to prevent drying out.
