Ingredients

  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. rum
  • Nestle cocoa mix

Instructions

  1. Combine chocolate chips, milk, butter and egg yolks.
  2. Cook until chocolate is melted and mixture is thick.
  3. Add rum; chill for 3 hours.
  4. Shape in balls and roll in cocoa mix.
  5. Keep refrigerated in covered container.
  6. Makes 4 dozen.
