  2. Put the prepared fish into pint jars and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt on top of each jar.
  3. Seal the jars and place them in a pressure cooker.
  4. Bring the pressure to ten pounds and cook for 90 minutes.
  5. Use as a substitute for salmon in any recipe.
