Ingredients

  • 2 lb. scallops
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. grated onion and juice
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the scallops.
  2. Boil the scallops for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  3. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter or margarine.
  4. Stir in grated onion and juice, dry mustard, lemon juice, and brown sugar.
  5. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the sauce over the cooked scallops and serve.
