Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 raw egg
  • sour cream or yogurt
  • onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • bread crumbs
  • rosemary

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon by forming it into fillets.
  2. Season the fish with salt and pepper, then coat generously in bread crumbs.
  3. Fry the coated salmon fillets in a hot skillet with bacon grease until golden brown.
  4. While frying the fish, prepare the Kamloop Sauce as desired.
