Ingredients

  • salmon for 1 pint jar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ketchup

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon in pint jars, leaving 1/2 inch of space at the top.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar, and 1/2 teaspoon of ketchup to each jar.
  3. Seal the jars properly.
  4. Cook in a pressure canner for 90 minutes.
