Can'T Leave Alone Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 20 oz. or more any favorite fruit

Instructions

  1. Melt in a 13 x 9-inch pan butter or margarine.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk.
  3. Pour mixture over butter or margarine.
  4. Do not stir.
  5. Pour favorite fruit over mixture. Don't stir.
  6. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
