Ingredients

  • 2 lb. spareribs
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. wine

Instructions

  1. Parboil the ribs for about 30 minutes to tenderize.
  2. Combine soy sauce, sugar, catsup, wine, ginger, and garlic to make the sauce.
  3. Marinate the ribs in the sauce for at least 2 hours.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven or barbecue until cooked and glazed.
