- Place ribs, meaty side down, in a shallow roasting pan.
- Roast in a very hot oven (450°F) for 30 minutes.
- Remove meat from oven; drain excess fat from ribs.
- Turn ribs, meaty side up.
- Lower oven temperature to 350°F; continue roasting for 1 hour.
- Pour orange marmalade sauce over ribs; roast 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally with the sauce, or until tender.
