Instructions
- Peel onions, shuck corn and scrub potatoes.
- Put all ingredients, except clams and lobsters, in individual cheesecloth bags (corn in one, onion in another, etc.).
- In a very large pot, barely cover bottom with water, just enough to make steam.
- Put clams on bottom, all bagged ingredients next, lobsters on top. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning.
- Put one uncooked potato on top[. Cover and cook about one hour.
- When potatoes on top is done, boil should be ready.
- Serve with melted butter.
