Cape Cod Cranberry Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda (rounded)
  • 2 c. chopped cranberries
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar and orange juice.
  2. Sift flour and soda together and add to liquid.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
  5. Pour into 2 greased 8-inch loaf pans and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
