Ingredients

  • fondant, ripened
  • 14 oz. vanilla caramels
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare fondant according to recipe directions and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
  2. Divide the ripened fondant into four equal parts.
  3. Shape each part into a 3-inch long log.
  4. In a heavy 1 1/2-quart saucepan, combine the vanilla caramels, margarine, and milk.
  5. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the caramels are melted.
