Ingredients

  • 2 baked deep dish pie crusts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 12 oz. caramel topping
  • 17 oz. coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Brown the coconut and chopped pecans in oleo.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk until smooth.
  3. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip.
  4. Put 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture into each pie crust.
  5. Drizzle 1/4 of the caramel topping over each pie.
  6. Add 1/4 of the coconut and pecan mixture over the caramel.
  7. Repeat the layering process in each pie crust.
  8. Freeze the pies.
  9. Thaw for 5 to 10 minutes before serving, preferably after freezing overnight.
