- Remove labels from unopened cans of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk.
- Place unopened cans in a large pan or canner, ensuring water covers the cans completely.
- Bring the water to a boil and let the cans cook for 4 hours.
- Keep the water level above the cans at all times during boiling.
- After boiling, carefully remove the cans and let them cool completely before storing.
- Store the unopened cans in the cupboard until ready to use.
- When ready, open the can at both ends and push out the caramel pudding roll.
- Slice the pudding and serve with whipped cream.
