Ingredients

  • Unopened cans of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Remove labels from unopened cans of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk.
  2. Place unopened cans in a large pan or canner, ensuring water covers the cans completely.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and let the cans cook for 4 hours.
  4. Keep the water level above the cans at all times during boiling.
  5. After boiling, carefully remove the cans and let them cool completely before storing.
  6. Store the unopened cans in the cupboard until ready to use.
  7. When ready, open the can at both ends and push out the caramel pudding roll.
  8. Slice the pudding and serve with whipped cream.
