Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick Parkay butter
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the Parkay butter and add it to the dry ingredients, mixing until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Pour in the milk into the center of the mixture and stir until just combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet, about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
