Carmen'S Cilantro Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 whole bunch fresh Cilantro
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 whole bunch of green onions
  • 2 to 4 jalapenos
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 package Knox gelatin

Instructions

  1. Remove stems from Cilantro and chop leaves
  2. Chop up green onions
  3. Seed and slice up jalapenos
  4. Heat broth in pan and add gelatin, stir until dissolved. In a blender, process until completely blended.
  5. Pour into mold & refridgerate until set.
  6. Turn out on a platter and serve with crackers.
