Ingredients

  • 6 medium fresh carrots, cut
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange the carrots in an ungreased baking dish.
  3. Layer cauliflower flowerets over the carrots.
  4. Dot the vegetables with butter and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
