Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine chicken stock, sliced carrots, sliced celery, and dried onion flakes.
  2. Bring to a boil; then reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Cover and cook until carrots are tender.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a blender and process until smooth.
