Ingredients

  • 6 big carrots
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut carrots into chunks.
  2. Put 2 cups of water in the blender.
  3. Turn on the blender and blend; while blending, drop the carrot chunks into the water.
  4. After all carrots have been blended, strain the mixture to separate the pulp from the liquid.
