Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb beef liver
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Grind the beef liver, green pepper, celery, and onion together.
  2. Add the egg, dried bread crumbs, salt, and pepper to the ground mixture. Mix well; add more bread crumbs if too thin.
  3. Drop large spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil to fry.
  4. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, then drain and serve.
