Instructions
- Place all ingredients into large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Simmer over low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- If mixture starts to become dry, add 1/2 cup of water at a time.
- Cook until carrots are very soft but not mushy.
