Ingredients

  • 3 ribs celery
  • boiling water
  • salt
  • any pasta sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut celery ribs into long, thin strands about the size of thick spaghetti.
  2. Lay the celery strands in a large kettle.
  3. Pour boiling water over the celery and stir in salt.
  4. Cook until the celery is limp, about 10 minutes.
  5. Drain and serve with any pasta sauce.
