- Put all ingredients in a crock-pot (slow cooker).
- Cover with water.
- Cook over low heat for 12 hours.
- Remove bones and break up the roast meat.
- Cook for another 12 hours.
- Serve over Fritos with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives, sour cream, and salsa.
