Chamomile Apple Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple juice (fresh is best!)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons chamomile flowers
  • 1 dash cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring apple juice and pineapple juice to a boil.
  2. Quickly remove from heat and add chamomile flowers.
  3. Let steep for about 5 minutes.
  4. Strain, and pour in cups.
  5. Add a dash of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
