- Hard-cook the eggs.
- Fry bacon in a skillet until crisp.
- Remove bacon and drain on absorbent paper.
- Take out all but one tablespoon of bacon fat; sauté onions and green peppers in the fat until golden.
- Add raisins and both cans of spaghetti and meatballs to the skillet.
- Cover and simmer for five minutes.
- Shell and dice the hard-cooked eggs.
- Toss spinach with Parmesan cheese and salt.
- Arrange the spaghetti mixture in the center of a platter.
- Arrange spinach around the outside of the platter.
- Garnish with chopped eggs.
