Ingredients

  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 10 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 to 4 dashes Tabasco
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. champagne

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients, except butter, in blender for 2 minutes.
  2. Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly, until thick. Add butter and stir well.
  3. Cool mixture and store in refrigerator.
