Chanukah Rolls

- In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and prunes to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Drain and mash the prunes.
- Add cinnamon, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, and melted butter; mix well.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and spread the prune filling evenly over each sheet.
- Roll up the crescent dough around the filling and cut into individual pieces if desired.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
