Ingredients

  • chicken thighs (preferably deboned)
  • 1 pkg. char siu seasoning mix
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Salt the chicken slightly and sprinkle or dab the char siu seasoning powder over the chicken.
  2. Let set for at least an hour or overnight.
  3. Line a baking pan with foil and bake the seasoned chicken for 1 hour.
  4. May also be broiled over charcoals.
