Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. thick shoyu
  • 1/8 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
  • 2 tsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp. red food color
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. shoyu
  • 10 lb. pork ribs

Instructions

  1. Boil ribs in water until 1/2 cooked (about 20 minutes). Mix all

  3. the remaining ingredients together in bowl; pour over hot,
  4. drained
  5. ribs.
  6. Let it soak for 3 hours.
  7. Charcoal over grill until slightly browned.
