Instructions
- Core apples (it is not necessary to peel them).
- Chop apples and walnuts together in food processor or blender or by hand until finely chopped.
- With a wooden spoon, stir in the cinnamon, honey and wine.
- This will serve 10 to 12 people when serving 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon per person on a piece of matzoh.
