Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 slightly beaten egg

Instructions

  1. Combine baking mix, cheese, evaporated milk, water, nuts, and egg in a bowl.
  2. Mix vigorously for 30 seconds or until blended.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
