Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 lb softened butter
  • 2 -3 tablespoons jamaican rum
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for an hour or so until flavors can blend.
