  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 6 oz. Swiss cheese, coarsely shredded
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
