Instructions
- Cream the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar.
- Roll bread slices with a rolling pin.
- Spread mixture on bread; roll like jelly roll.
- Dip in melted butter (2 sticks melted at a time). Roll in sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool; cut into bite size pieces.
