Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Instructions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 350° oven.
  3. Let set for about 10 minutes before slicing.
