Ingredients

  • 2 boxes chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 35 Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped broccoli according to the package instructions, omitting any seasoning. Drain well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir the cooked broccoli with the Velveeta cheese and one stick of margarine until the cheese is melted and combined.
  3. Pour the broccoli and cheese mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with the softened margarine.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
