Ingredients

  • cocktail rye bread
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pitted black olives, sliced thin
  • 1 cup canned mushrooms, pieces and slices
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and spread on rye bread.
  2. Broil until the cheese melts.
  3. Serve warm.
