Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 pkg. Martha White muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Grease muffin cups.
  3. Combine cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stir in egg until well blended.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine muffin mix and milk; stir just until blended.
  6. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with muffin batter.
  7. Top each muffin with about one tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until set.
