Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2-inch butter
  • 1 slice cheese
  • more food if wanted like tomatoes, ham, etc.

Instructions

  1. Put butter in a pan over medium heat and let it melt.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  3. Pour the eggs into the pan with melted butter.
  4. Cook until the eggs are set, then place a slice of cheese on one side.
  5. Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with additional toppings or sides.
