- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Add cooking oil, pumpkin, beaten eggs, water, vanilla, and mix well.
- Fold in chopped white raisins and nuts.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan and slicing.
